Starters

Pan Fried Squid with NDUJA Sauce
  Served on crostini bread with a fresh salad garnish.

Slow Cooked Pork Belly
  Accompanied by celeriac purée and black pudding croquettes.

Wrapped Asparagus  
  Tender asparagus wrapped in Parma ham, served on a bed of rocket salad with a delicious Gorgonzola sauce.

Mains

Seabass Fillet with Lemon Sole 
  Served with a purinesque sauce featuring capers, black olives, anchovies, and white wine, alongside tender stem broccoli and fine beans.

Backed Duck Breast
  Served with cherry wine cranberry sauce, dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Goat Cheese Salad
  Baked goat cheese resting on a bed of asparagus, complemented by beetroot and candied walnuts.

Desserts

Tiramisu
  A classic delight of savoiardi biscuits layered with espresso, mascarpone cheese, grated white and dark chocolate, egg, and Marsala wine.

Peppones 
  A creamy and fruity dessert, beautifully topped with chocolate hearts.

Sambuca Panna Cotta
  Served with luscious caramel sauce and fresh blueberries.
